W drugim II Municipio na via Garigliano 55 w Rzymie zostało otwarte okienko “Donne in sicurezza”. Biuro jest prowadzone przez’Associazione Nazionale Telefono Rosa, która od lat pomaga kobietom. Biuro oferuje pomoc kobietom znajdującym się w trudnej sytuacji finansowej, rodzinnej, społecznej i zawodowej. Okienko jest otwarte we wtorki i piątki w godzinach od 15-ej do 18.30. We wtorki można uzyskać pomoc prawną, a w piątki psychologiczna.
